Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped by the seller.
Once an order is placed, it enters a processing stage where the seller prepares the item for dispatch. If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellation can be requested directly from your Riayath account.
To cancel an order, log in to your account, go to My Orders, select the relevant order, and choose the Cancel Order option. If the seller has already shipped the item, cancellation will no longer be available, and the return process must be followed instead.
Please note:
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment
- Cancellation approval depends on seller processing status
- Refunds for canceled orders are processed after approval
